Here is a recipee of Motor Ponir.

Ingridients
Motor
Poneer
tumaric powder
salt
sweet
oil
onion
garlic
ginger

Method

Take a friying pan give some oil hot it and give some slice of paneer  and fry it.After that took out this paneer  and some onion slice fry it add ginger garlick paste add some green motor tomato slice green chilli flacks mix  it properly  cook some time add salt sweet  mix fried poneer add some water .take sometime to cook.mix 1 spoon sahi garammasala give standing time serve it.

Chiken Sahi Korma

Chiken korma is a delicious item for keep in dinner with some porota or tandoor.

Ingridents:
Chicken
Dahi
Lemon juice
Ginger            
Garlick
Salt
Sweet
Mustard oil
Black piper onion.

     

Method:

First marinate chicken with dahi some oil some turmaric powder some black piper poewr and mirchi powder   leave at least 20-25 mins.In oven keep a pot and give mustard oil fry onion add ginger garlic paste cook sometime add green mirchi tomato then mix marinated chiken with it cook afew minites after that add salt  sweet some lemon juice some sahi garam masala mix all ingridients properly also mix some jera powder when it mix . Next add some hot water mix it to cook.give some time to boil it
